The Artist’s Way: A 12 Week Facilitated Group For Creative Growth

from $140.00

At Garnet Villages, we believe creativity flourishes in community.

This 12-week facilitated circle follows the beloved framework of The Artist’s Way by Julia Cameron and is designed to help participants reconnect with their creative voice in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Through weekly zoom gatherings, reflection, and creative exercises, participants will explore creative blocks, build sustainable artistic practices, and cultivate a deeper sense of curiosity and inspiration. Throughout the course of the 12 weeks there will be four comprehensive in person workshops

This is not an “art” class and no artistic experience is required. Writers, painters, musicians, makers, and the creatively curious alike are all welcome.

Each week includes guided discussion, reflection, and gentle accountability practices including Morning Pages and Artist Dates.

The program is a hybrid format and is hosted both via zoom and at Garnet Villages in Farmington, Maine—an artist-centered cooperative living space dedicated to creativity, community, and mutual support.

Space is intentionally limited to keep the group intimate.

We offer a sliding scale to make the program accessible.
